Volunteer requirements:
When taking membership with Excel for His glory you are agreeing to serve within this program.
We Require a minimum commitment of two hours volunteering during our Excel day each week.
Each family is required to fulfill a set amount of clean ups following the program.
Please recognize that this is our minimum requirement, yet at times more will be required. If we are short handed on a particular day, we will utilize more volunteer hours, to prevent a cancellation if at all possible.
Since we run on volunteers we cannot operate without them.
In the case of an absence:
In the case of a needed absence, we ask that you give as much notice as possible to the Excel Board and then our volunteer and clean up coordinators.
We ask that you make every effort to find your own replacement and then present that replacement to the board when informing us of your absence.
In the case of an emergency please inform us and we will take care of finding your replacement.
